Their flagship product is a duvet cover with a patented design that opens on three sides. Customers can place the insert flat and secure it without inverting the cover. Corner snaps hold the insert in place to prevent bunching. Closures use zippers rather than buttons. A lightweight version is available for sleepers who prefer a lighter blanket.

Pricing

Both sateen and percale duvet cover sets come in at $290, and their down alternative inserts are $310. For sheet sets, customers can expect to pay $230 for both sateen and percale duvet options.

Shipping and Delivery

After a customer places their order, they receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, customers receive an email notification with their tracking information. They can then use this number to check the status of their delivery.

Doze bedding ships orders on a “first-come-first-served” basis, and aims to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

Doze bedding uses all major carriers and local courier partners. Customers are asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Doze Bedding offers a 30-day return window from the day a customer’s order is delivered – this is also known as their “30-Night Sleep Trial.” 

  • For Defective or Damaged Items – If a customer’s item arrives damaged or they’ve been sent the wrong one, Doze Bedding will refund the customer or send out a new item. No return fee or return shipping cost applies in this instance.

  • For Unused Items – These are usually refunded in full, minus return shipping. 

  • For Opened or Used Items – Customers can still return these items. A 10% return fee applies, as well as return shipping costs.

  • For Partial Bundle Returns – When a customer returns these, Doze Bedding adjusts the refund based on the retail price of the items they’re keeping.

  • For Final Sale items and Gift Cards – These cannot be returned.
