30-Night Sleep Trial

At Doze, we want you to sleep better from day one. If something isn’t a perfect fit, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Doze products are eligible for return within 30 days.

  • Unused and unopened items are refunded in full (minus return shipping).
  • Opened or used items are still returnable, but a 10% return fee will be deducted from your refund, along with return shipping.

Original packaging is not required. If packaging is missing, the item will be treated as opened and subject to the standard return fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll take care of everything.


There is no return fee, and no return shipping cost in these cases.

Bundles & Partial Returns

You’re welcome to return part of a bundle.

If you keep only some of the items, we’ll adjust your refund based on the full retail price of the items you’re keeping. Bundle discounts apply only when all bundle components are kept, so returning part of a bundle may reduce your refund amount.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale, Last Chance, or Clearance cannot be returned.

Regular sale items and discounted purchases are returnable as long as they are not marked Final Sale.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow a simple “return + repurchase” process to make sure you get your new item quickly.

A typical process looks like this:

  1. Place a new order for the item you want.
  2. We’ll provide a return label for the original item.
  3. Once your return is received, we’ll process the refund according to the rules above.

Exchange returns for defective or incorrect items never incur a fee. In the event of a defective or incorrect item, please email support@dozebedding.com so we can best help.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@dozebedding.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10–14 business days for processing and bank posting times.

Hospitality & Wholesale Orders

B2B, hospitality, and wholesale orders have a separate return process.
