Will the Doze duvet cover work with my existing insert?

The Doze duvet cover and insert were designed to work together for the optimal duvet experience. However, we know you may already have an insert you love. Because of that, if you purchase a duvet cover set without the insert, we will include four snap adapters with your order.

Are Doze products suitable for people with allergies?

Yes! Our duvet insert is filled with a hypoallergenic down-alternative, making it suitable for those with allergies. The cover sets are made from beautiful cotton fabrics.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We ship orders on a first-come-first-serve basis, and we strive to get all orders shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery here or by going to the courier's website.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We're bummed you didn’t love your Doze duvet as much as we do, but here's the good news: we’ll gladly accept unused, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for return within 30 days from the arrival date. To receive a refund, all order components—cover, insert, pillow sham(s), and dust bag—must be sent back together.

All returns are subject to a 10% return fee that is deducted from your refund amount. Once received, returns will be refunded to the original payment method or as a store credit.
